we should have a category in the forums strictly for burnouts!:happy1:i could watch those for days i just laid some rubber in front my house thats my neighbors in the background with our beautiful Cali sunset.

woooow never thought that that many people don't like to do burnouts and or like to watch them or see them.

I'm sorry I'm pretty immature Ive enjoyed a controlled burnout and love to do them.....why else would i have a line lock for easy use of burnouts? if a cop asked what it is its my emergency brake Lol.

Nothing wrong with a burn out thread but why would you think it would need to be a sticky? The people interested in the thread will do a search for it or subscribe to it.
 
not sticky. strictly, for me its hard to find that one burn out video it would just me cool if there were one spot in the websites list or catagorys to have a whole bunch of vids in one topic. example: click forums go down list find Burnout's and bam a list of nothing but peoples posted threads of there burn outs pics vids it would be cool.........like burnout t.v.

I have a feeling some of your no votes might have been from the word sticky in the original post.
 
I like burnouts, its just everybody else doesn't

Ah the days of smoking them up at the lights, maybe if burnouts happen again, not as many folks would wanna slow down for green lights in hopes they can stop for the light and make a phone call or whatever they do

Remember twin streaks of rubber AFTER the light.today the only ones you see are before from folks stopping for the lights
 
I love burnouts as much as the next guy, but being that unless it is on private property it's illegal.
That part makes it where the FABO could be held responsible for some random accident or injury if someone was doing a burnout to post on the "Burnout" catagory.

So in my oppinion, it will never happen.

Private individual "outlaw" burnouts however, will be watched and enjoyed. :)
 
In some (many?) cases it can even be illegal on private property. Some state laws do not require any complaint from a landowner and in fact there have been cases where people were charged ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY with reckless driving, the claim being that the car could have gone out of control and entered public roads, etc, or thrown rocks, debri, etc.
 
WTF gearheads that say no to burnouts theres something wrong with this picture thats why i hate the car show crowd.
 
HOA lol u guys live in some crazy places i live in a small town i mean small 28k people.

i really never guessed this turnout for this poll or these kind of remarks twords a burnout,then i hear of real car guys just going to the junkyard to put some crap tires on to just burnout till they pop it may not take talent but im sorry it doess take power.

majority of these guys im wondering if they are /6guys . id be afraid to burnout with stock slanty gear aswell id hate to worry bout blowing a rear or something.
 
The laws are getting messed up--like there is no such thing as entrapment anymore

Would not surprise me to see private land losing its rights it used to have. I believe Michigan is still OK but the courts are messed up today. Justice is no longer blind like it should be.

You wanna take a chance of getting hit with a reckless driving charge go ahead..Justin got charged with reckless driving in an electric car--is that messed up or what, lol..he was doing like 90 and switching lanes passing other cars on an expressway -WOW

Back when I was Justin age that would have been a 2--3 point ticket, today its a crime where he was at

So yeah, burnouts became uncool, go to a drag strip and do burnouts--if your area even still has a drag way
