if it were mine, i would get some plus one or plus two rear springs

this will get you the same stance, but by raising the rear end instead of dropping the front

You could also get what you want as well as some more clearance for the front tires by going with a shorter sidewall tire.
If you have 205/70/15's for example you can get a 205/60/15 or even 205/50/15's

Thank you for the tip and info very helpful

Drop spindles are an option, you could also buy bigger torsion bars and use the adjusters to drop it down a bit if you haven't already. I'm going for the same look but, I opted out of the drop spindles and got +2in leaf springs and much bigger torsion bars. Since I have a Sport I don't think my tire measurements would be any good to you though.

Can you post a pic of your car from the side so we can see the current stance ?

I think the front end will need to be re-done soon I am pretty open to options I am going to keep it pretty much stock just want the better look without having to keep track of track times lol thank you for your input

The car in the pic actually, sits low in the back. Getting new springs will jack the *** end up.

Ya it does sit a little low in the back id like to see it just slightly higher in the rear I like the way the tires fit

Letting us know what your plans are with the car will help.
Street, Canyon, Strip, Groceries ?

I would like a street rod that carries groceries on Sundays doubt ill take it to the strip with this one anyways she has the original ac and blows cold air plan on having it painted

Sounds cool.

On a buget build. Unless they are totally flattened out, stick with the springs you have.
For your prefered stance, you can adjust the front height with the torsion bars.
Add a nice set of shocks. KYB or Monroes will fit the bill.
Get a set of 14"x5.5" Steel wheels or Rallye wheels.
Go with a 205/70-14 or 215/70-14 tire, and your hauling the bacon. :)

I keep mine up higher in the rear more like old school type. 15" rims with 255/60/15 tires and XHD springs

Pretty difficult to tell from the angle of your picture, but the front end of your car looks pretty high, the wheels appear to be well below the fender openings. If your tires are in good shape there's no need to replace them, you can buy a set of PST 1.03" torsion bars for less money and drop it down in the front with the torsion bar adjusters. Not only will it look better, it will handle better too.

The PST torsion bars don't cost any more than new leaf springs or shorter tires, and raising the back end of the car will reduce handling performance. It looks like there's plenty of room to lower the front end with your current wheels and tires, and the larger torsion bars will keep you from bottoming out the suspension after you lower the ride height.

yes it is high in my opinion ill get a good shot of how it looks this evening and yes the tires are crap and they need new ones asap I like the idea of lowering the front especially to get better handing thank you for your input

it's a beautiful car - but as you did throw it out there as a stance example (and this is JMO) she's too low in the front by a smidgen and too high in the back by about a smidgen and a half..
thank you I like the look of yours
