ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY REPRODUCTION FLOOR PANELS FOR A 1960 , 61 A BODY PLYMOUTH VALIANT PLEASE.

Reproductions do not exist as far as I know of. Recently bought a whole car to get pans for my project. Later replacements ('67 up) can be used with a fair amount of trimming and re-bending. If they are being made it's in Austraila where these early cars parts are reproduced some. Maybe there's a club there you could contact. If you find out, post here as nearly every early car owner needs at least a portion of the pan replaced.

just been scammed bought 3 panels from classic 2 industries $224 they are not pressed just folded steel

Is classic 2 industries a typo meaning classic industries? The internet is so full of spoof sites its hard to tell the real ones from the fakes. Dispute it with credit card company, demand a refund from vendor. AMD seems to have good parts at least based on posts on this site. Sorry to hear about your difficulty.
