so one day I got this idea to build a sleeper Abody not just a parts catalogue street car a real one off blow your wood screws out sleeper so first find an appropriate car well 75 valiant 4 door fit the bill so I bot it nice clean slant 6 next I wanted to be different so I found a 05 viper engine with trans so it begins the first strip the engine out gut the bay drop steering box and try to marrie new engine to the old car ie test fit as you'd expect poor results next out comes the interior I don't need a fire and enter the plasma cuter I cut the fire wall out the floors out between the frame rails and the front off the car well 90% of it now I can land the engine in but I first had to frame the car in so I splayed the unit body on the bottom and built a 2x4 1/4 wall frame rails welded that in to the body of the car and putt flat bolt plats on the stubs to bolt a front sub section to witch was built for a friends 67 Nova it as blank so I cut and fabbed it in now I could set he engine down on he rails and get to work on the mounts witch seemed to be ez now with all the space the fire was cut back 9" to accommodate having the engine low in the care and as far back to get weight transfer for hooking up now with placement decided I took to building the fire wall and tunnel the tunnle iv been told looks like a pro stock drag inspired peace but really I build almost everything by eye and out of my head so now I have a fire wall and I started on the steering iv heard of the header clearance hore stories but this was much worse I had a real mess and next thing you now I'm shortining the calum down using every thing I had in the tool box to pull it off this was a 16:1 mustang manul rack the car has manul brakes as well so on with the steering and brake an clutch peddles next I sheeted in the floors and tunnle braced the chassie installed cross members for Winston cup trailing arm suspension I perchest used at 51"s long the it was a perfect fit on the Mopar shes built for speed and this was the suspension awnser for me little know about them around here but you don't have to back half a car or cut the rink up to instal such equipment know bed a rear diff and mother Mopar wasn't oing to sit n the back porch I sluted around to a ford 9" from speed way at 54"s wms to wms it was perfect the interior is blue like the factory well close anyhow I had to run buckets in the front the tunnle was just to aggressive for my bench it wAs a disappointment but with a six speed shifter in the centre it makes up for it back to the engine it fits under the factory hood with just the cross brace cut out by the middle section I had to get some fire otta this monster I turned to megasquirt with had come along way to now being a viable option so I oreded a ms3 pro ultimate and started wiring took a week of days and night to wire the entire engine in to the car and anther week to sort out the bugs and fire up the viper it was a proud moment in the lil to 20x24 garage it was then fitted with 3" side pipes and glass packs dubbled up to tone it down way down the pipes are still well under the rockers tucked in under the car and flat black not as bold as the idea reads here it's an ever growing project but the point is don't be disscuraged by parts store heroes that will tell you it can't be done cuse the cataloge dosnt make it and the guys how slam you just because its not the way everyone else did it I'll hang a lick'n on a flashy MasterCard build anyday

Great job so far... you are going to have one heck of a sleeper..
 
This is a car after my own heart, but....

I would enjoy reading about this more if punctuation was involved.

It's your voice command if you just say the word period It will make a period for you. Crap I kept making a. When I wanted it to spell the word. It did it again! LOL
 
Certainly a sleeper being a 4 door! How will it be geared? Factory axle gears like the viper for 200 mph or lower for endless burnouts?
 
It's way way cool let that be the first thing I say. It's likely going to have more HP/TORQUE that will never be applied to the ground then will with almost any gear in any gear.
 
Wish there was Punctuation, but this car is Too Damn cool to Care.
