Just plugged in "Bullitt " , via dvd. ....Still an outstanding movie , even without " the chase " scene...

I liked Bullit, but my fave is LeMans. Probably watched it now about 20 times, never gets old for me.

My favorite is Vanishing Point. But, story in Bulitt is better. I also like that movie a lot. And Christine as well. There is a lot more.

The Godfather, Apocalypse Now------------------American Graffiti for cars, I owned three 55 Chev Bel-Air's in my other life.
Not a fan of Bullit but the Mopar in that one was way better than the Mustang.

1st year series "Mindhunter" has quite a few 60s and 70s mopars plus a few chevys and fords thrown in pretty much every episode

Mel Brooks was very non-prejudicial. He did his best to offend everyone. :rofl:After all the times I've watched Blazing Saddles, it just came to me the other day, the entire population of Rock Ridge was named for a slang term for male genitals. Not to mention that they were all cousins

It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World.. Funniest movie I've ever seen. Lotsa Mopars, Lotsa REAL car chase scenes. (Some not so real, but not green screen, lol) cheers

McQ. The chase scene in it rivals Bullitt.......if not surpasses it.
