I usually get there early. More often than not, it's just ta' see what's up.
Then too, I've gone to the Indy swap and only purchased gas and lunch.

It's not huge but tends to have a pretty good turnout of sellers and some vendors. You could do the swap first then run into the city for the Chicago Auto Show and see what's new.
