Windlace '64/'65 Barracuda

I just found that the windlace on the '64/'65 Barracuda is integral with the door seal and is not available. Thinking that possibly the '67 windlace might work, I ordered it along with the '67 door seal. What if anything has any of the owners of these cars on the forum done to replace your windlace?
 
I just checked the fit of the '67 cuda windlace on my '65. The '67 windlace will go on the '65 but is too short for the '65. My Cuda, are you sure the Rock Auto parts will fit? I just looked at Rock Auto. They don't have gold which I need to match my upholstery.

Chances are Restoration Specialties in Windbar PA will have it. I got my 65 blue metallic from them although it took a couple of weeks
 
Unfortunatey Im not at that point of installation.. If your not either wait untill you hear somthing back

Not sure I only cut the bottom part out that was bad to insure it would work. Let you know near future
 
Thanks for the help!!! I'll receive my seals next week! I lost a lot of time and worry over this part. I find it hard to believe that Amazon would have a part that Classic Industries doesn't stock.
