This is not a 66 block . 1966 blocks have 3 freeze out plugs .This is from the 70's

That doesn't make it a 66 it just means somewhere along the way someone put in an early crank in a later block A 66 will have a code on the deck right behind where the coil mounts that starts with B225 or B 170 depending on the cu in
