It finds it's equalization when both cables are pulled.
That's why it's rounded under the nut instead of flat.

I like the way you worded your response. What you said holds true but to me can occur only if center hole were not slotted. I'll just role with it. You confirmed I have all the hardware. Thanks for the response.
