Wagon jack info needed

I'm trying to piece together some of the little odds & ends on my '66 Dart wagon project, and I'm trying to find info on the bumper jack. From what I've been able to find (and we all know the internet is always right...) the jack assembly itself and the baseplate are standard issue A body stuff, but the jack hook is a dedicated wagon piece... can anybody confirm or deny this?
I could also use some clarification about the jack mounting scheme- I'm assuming the base and hook go in the usual places holding down the spare, but where do the jack and tire iron go and how are they retained? As always, any info and especially pictures are greatly appreciated!

Yes the wagon has a different hook

That part on Ebay is a standard 1966 Valiant bumper jack piece .The 66 wagon used the same one year only jack as the valiant.

Good to know. I've got a couple of jacks and hooks in the parts stash, now I know what I'm looking for. It'll be interesting to see exactly how they differ between the two. Now I just need to figure out how it all mounts- looks like there's some additional mounting hardware I'll need to hunt down and/or fabricate. Or I just bolt in a small hydraulic jack and call it a day.
