3.78 stroke 4.080 bore. 230*@.050, .530 lift in/ex 110*lsa. 9.75:1 comp. Got one transmission with a .82 o.d. and one with a .64

Have a carload of stuff to go to the post office today. Good weekend, but all smalls. Need the cash wife needs to get more MM!

Wierd how that happens here. This week have 3 jobs. Sometimes nothing for a week or two at a time.. But it's ok....I don't want to be too busy....
 
Tell you what been busy with distribs this year 2-3 a week sent to me. Other years nothing till about March. Cuda is killing me really have to start hitting cores hard.
 
I think I found a guy to finish the body and paint on my 68 GTS. Was referred to me by a guy who used to work at a famous Chassis Shop ( Ken Kier Race Cars ). This guy lives nearby me and said he'd stop by and see the car. His Shop is in the next county, but only a 30min drive for me. He does mostly restoration work , not Ins work, so I hope we can get this done soon.....

I guess I missed why it wasn't finished the first round
 
Watching a new video from Nicks Garage. He got a 427 Chevy someone threw together that said it had 600 horse. He dynoe'd it and it only had 366 HP. :rofl::rofl: I can get that out of my 318 :poke::lol:

I stopped the video for a min. but it only had 120# of compression. Oh it had Merlin heads, a Tarantula type intake with a Dominator carb but only had a gear drive hydraulic flat tappet cam and a stock type HEI distributor with a clear cap.

There used to be a Guy here on FABO names George H., Lifelong body and paint guy. He did an amazing job on a Corvette, everyone here saw. So I took the car to him in March of 2018. His house and shop are in Delaware, bout 2 1/2 hr drive from me. Engine bay , engine, front suspension, dashboard , all done before he got the car. Basically the car was done, except paint, from the dash, forward. Could actually drive the car on and off the trailer. Anyhoo...He installed A new 1pc Floor, a trunk floor, both rockers and both quarter panels. Looks like he did very nice work. Problem was , he wouldn't communicate, with me. I had to drive out there whenever I wanted to see the car or talk to him. He just would not get off his A$$ and work on the car. He had no other gig. So I went and got the car, and all the parts back, first week of Jan. So, there you have it, hope to have it in paint by May or so, so I can reassemble it.......
