For what you get, they seem inexpensive. You can install it yourself. Couple good hailstorms is all you need. You should go on the road with your PDR skills.
Takes me to long to get the dents out anymore but I could now that all the kids are gone.

I've never regretted buying my lift, a great investment, my knees thank me every time I use it. Even though my ceiling is only 10 ft, and my lift only goes up about 4 1/2 ft, still way better than crawling around on the floor or rolling on a creeper. Besides, at 6 ft 7inches, I'm way too tall to get any great benefit from a full lift hoist anyway, when I worked in the trade I always had to crouch or bend regardless.

What model do you have ML? I have height in the center but the posts would limit my width to a one car garage.

I have a Maxx Jaxx 6000lb 2 post lift, bought through Costco in 2013 when I built my garage, paid around $2200.00 CAD. My garage is 24x30, I offset the 16' overhead door to one side and while the lift does take some space, I can still easily get 2 vehicles in at all times, and over winter I reorganize to make room for at least 3 but have had 4 most years, really tight though and I have to take the lift down to fit 4, and can't use it with 3, though since I don't have heat in there it doesn't really matter since I only work in there if I absolutely have to in the winter.

If I would stop buying projects and get some done and sold I could have a lift in my barn. Please pray for me. lol

Sounds great your making me want a lift.

Morning guys. I would love a hoist as well but don't have the height so just use my ramps or floor jack and stands.
Went over to my buddies place yesterday and cleaned out his garage. He's been in the house for 13 years and never had cleaned out the place. He's a packrat lol. Threw out a lot of stuff but still more to go but ran out of time. Made a huge dent in it though.
Another beautiful day today.
BTW I went and got tested for covid 19 last Thursday and I'm totally free of it. My Dr actually called me with the results and I go in to see him today as well.
