very nice Barracuda Ron!!

i was just up your way to New Castle buying a large collection of Mopar magazines off of John Profenberger (i'm sure i misspelled his name). John has a beautiful bronze 70 Challenger TA and a nice green 68 Roadrunner. maybe i'll see you and your beautiful cuda down around the south hills of pittsburgh this summer! i just picked up my 5th Barracuda. it's just a parts car but with a lot of parts. three of the cars are drivers. here's one of my 68's. take care ...

I think thats an awesome looks, kind of a low rise 6 pack. Very nice with the body lines.

i don't think your 68 Barracuda is painted a factory color. here are the OEM paint chips for 68 and 69 Plymouths. the closest color i can see is the 1969 Y3 Yellow Gold - but i don't think that is an exact match. if the car still has the fender tag, you can check to see what the original color was.

Thanks I was looking at Y3 as well but it just doesn't quite look the same. Looks pretty cool for a desert car to me.

old man tan ---------

My girlfriend said it was an old man color as well :D

Always Loved this Thread started "many" years ago. "Thanks Ma"!

I have been running again since late 2014/ Early 2015 with lots of hard work by many.

About 6583 miles later here in March of 2021!

I try to get 1K per year of drive time, with weather and time permitting! Car has held up very well with only a master cylinder change and one rear brake cylinder that failed at Carlisle 2019. Also a change from 4.56 to 3.55 gears. I have often kept it in the trailer in the back yard over the winter months with a 5 gallon bucket of charcoal to help moisture. It help's and still going Strong! Looking forward to more time in the seat for 2021 and a rear wheel change for a better tucked look!
