So here it is... My '68 fastback, solid AZ body with 2"x3" front rails from the rear crossmember forward , uses stock upper shock and control arm perches and k frame mounts. Frame was done in the 70's and I bought it with the stock disc front end. It was a 70's custom with a steel tilt nose that didn't come with the shell. I started with a clean sheet and repaired the "custom touches". New lower quarters, mini tubs, rear valance and glass tilt/removable nose (one person job). stripped bare and scraped all the bondo out of the door and trunk seams and panel crimps (smoothed). Replaced the firewall and upper cowl (flattened and smoothed, no wipers or electric).Painted in 2012 Ram Tequila Sunrise pearl. Reassembled chassis with HDK front end, Control Freak triangulated 4 bar rear,8-3/4" (recent Dr.Diff 3:91) narrowed 2" per side rear with Moser axles. Wilwoods all around , Viking double adjustables all around Billet specialties street lites, M/T 325/50/15 Street R and M&H 185/75/15. Denny's driveshaft with big joints and US Cartool hoop. Current drivetrain is a Freddy Brown 727 with billet drum and Griner RMVB,Hughes 24-35 convertor with 7/16" bolts,B&M pan. Remote cooler aluminum and stainless frame mounted plumbing and Bouchillon flex plate. Current engine install was finished in August 21. Its a Merkle racing engine built long block,6.1 hemi stroked to 7.0 (426) with BGE 6.4 heads, custom comp cam (.595 lift 243/253 dur @.050).Melling pump,Holley pan, 5.7 truck timing cover (modified for no p/s or a/c and using gm cs130 alternator)ATI balancer, DUI S.O.S coils, Accel injectors,Prefix/Arrow intake, Sullivan elbow and LFP monoblade SVT cobra throttlebody. custom steel intake tube and aluminum 4" piping.TTI 2" with Jones 3" bullets. Terminator X EFI, Aluminum radiator and ECU controlled dual fans. Custom 16 gallon steel and baffled cell with Holley in tank pump, VDO sender and factory fuel fill. Aluminum and stainless -8 and -6 lines to Holley filter and regulator. Optima trunk mounted battery with remote cutoff switch (for the track I have an extra tail light I install for the T handle to protrude from). All new wiring fuse box and 2/0 cables. Stock headliner, carpeting, door and interior panels and dash pads. Custom seats and rear deck. Year one 3 point front belts. Fiberglass console with B&M stealth shifter. RMD dash with Speedhut GPS speedo and gauges, Ididit column and Grant wheel. Mint trim and factory grilles. Car was featured in June 21 Mopar action with the EFI 408 that was in it and can be reinstalled if preferred. The car is extremely driveable in the summer and will run 11.0's all day. It wasn't built as a race car but it has been down the track a few times with nothing more than tire and shock settings. I'm asking 50K as it is , or 29K as a roller (driveshaft back), If wanted I can put the 408 back in with the FAST XFI sportsman system for 40K.
