Yup know your right. It’s really coming down now. Dragged cord to tractor shed and plugged it in just have to turn breaker on. Hopefully it won’t come to that

Going to be -25*F in a day or so I'm glad I keep everything I need to start in the garage. Nice and toasty in there.

Not heating the area that tractor takes up for 2 or 3 times a season. Snowmobile suit, helmet with heated shield and go. Slow at first till you get trans hydraulic oil moving, then business as usual.
Yea I can understand not heating it all winter. Funny to watch truck drivers from down South come up here in the cold and blow there hydraulic lines and try to warn them to go easy at first but most don't listen.

Hauled lots of freight to the southern states, good food, good people
Drove semi for about 10 years and don't miss it.
It's a balmy -30*F here, very light wind of 6 mph makes it feel like -47*F. OMG, my dogs don't want to be outside!
Poor pups' feet are freezing in a minute!
Smart dogs I'd do the same.
Well it’s officially cold everywhere ,snowed Christmas Eve and been in the minuses ever since we’re even sitting at -7 right now went down to -12 last night brrrrr but it has been bright out not the usual grey ba humbug weather so yes kinda nice just friggin cold and not used to it .

-30 ha it is to laugh, that sun tanning weather in manisnowba. What are you going to do when it gets cold in a week. I’ve witnessed here in Jan. Many times The day time high never rose above -40 for a week. Once as a teenager I saw -52 f on the thermometer, you’d walk outside and the cold would take your breath away. That kind of cold usually only lasts here 2 weeks tops. Us born and bread manisnowbans know how to deal with it. What makes me laugh is the immigrants from warm countries, not that I don’t help them out, but you should have did your research before coming here.

Have seen white tail deer stretched out like that over a barb wire fence. Cleared 15, 20 ft for sure
