Stop in for a cup of coffee

Nice little festivals and farmers markets down there. Wish there were more places routinely open to draw people. I'll hit the Star Theater from time to time but not much choice for dinner or shopping
Agree. Last year was the first time for the festival. Way too many people, it was good to check out

Everyone! I wish you all well and a fun filled day to y'all, Mikie got to eat and get outside and move my mower in, its still sprinkling outside at 67 degrees..

Speaking of coffee, the boss who doesn't drink coffee occasionally buys me something different.
The other day she picked up a box of Starbucks Tosted Graham.
It has a graham cracker smell and taste coming off the Keurig. I like it!!
That’s different

Morning!
Rain. Pretty hard too.
@memike nice to see you got victoria out on the asphalt.
Driving in heavy smoke, scary.
We had pete moss fires here that used to get pretty bad, cost people their lives. One fellow knew he was driving into someting bad, drove into the ditch, thinking he would be safer, and stopped. He got hit. One woman got out of her car, a life ending decision.

We had a deadly car pile up on hwy 67 just south of me 12 miles, when I go to Pettit Jean Mt or another dragstrip near by thats the turn off we use, 3 dead, 12 injuries.. farmers was burning field off and a stupid wind came in, been calm all day.. bad to see this happen.

Okay, I missed that post.

Gonna be interesting to see it play out. Not sure what that state has for laws but here in Indiana, unless there’s a burn ban in place, farmers burning fields with smoke that leaves the field is only responsible for damages and liabilities IF the FLAMES themselves leave the field. Plus most around here have gotten smart and listed stuff as an LLC shielding most of their assets from liability in this event
