FABO family I think I found my clutch release point problem, not sure if my Clutch fork pivot is the cause. my bell housing is part number 351734, so according to Brewers this is a 1972 and up bellhousing, which I bought used to convert my 67 Barracuda to a manual transmission. In picture#1 you can see the tips of the clutch fork is out of position to where it's supposed to contact the throw out bearing. The pivot (Picture #2) looks like a 70-4 E body small block clutch fork pivot (Picture #3). Brewers shows that the correct clutch fork for a 67 Barracuda is 12 1/2" length which my fork indeed is 12 1/2". Brewers states that an E body 70-74 uses a 10 7/8" fork. So then, my question is would replacing my pivot with a 1968-1975 small block A-body cars (picture #4) correct the geometry issue?
