And into the ditch we go!

Took me 6 Months to get an MRI here in Canada . And then I had to go to another town to get it !Our health care is the worst!!:BangHead:Rant over !
I don't want this to sound political , And all of you here know that my politics are far from socialism.
Yes, Viet Nam is a socialist government ( I don't even call them Communists). A person would agree with me if they ever visited there. Their medical system there is much more conducive than ours here. If you have an issue, you can go immediately to a local doctor, or the Hospital, or the ER. They will attend to your needs immediately. Most doctors in VN are trained in the US or Europe, so I'm not afraid to be treated in VN. Health Ins is not held by many in VN. The facilities will take you anyhow. Now, you will have to pay money for services. Say if a person is hospitalized for 3 or 4 days, the bill might be 3-5 million dong...$120-$200 USD. The other main difference is they do not feed you in the Hospital. Your Family brings in food for you and sometimes eats with you. Family members can even stay overnight. I think VN allows this as it relieves some pressure on the nursing staff. No, their system aint perfect, but it has many advantages over ours here in America, I think. I'm hoping that the Medical System here in America can be revamped and return to its glory of yesteryear....

Got my eye appointment this morning. This is the problem with the medical system in America. I called almost 2 weeks ago and they made me wait this long for an appointment. It has been my experience that if you have an issue and you have to wait a week or two. Usually the issue subsides. What's the use of seeing the doctor? My eyesight is better a little bit. I still see some dark floaters. Haven't had an eye appointment in over 20 years so I guess I'll go anyhow
Don’t mess with your eyes just have them check you out better safe then blind
