RESOLVED This was the taillight ground. Once I grounded it the reverse, rear indicator, brake and taillights started working again. Thanks all.

I tested for the electrical draw metering between the neg post and cable and there isnt any, I tested by opening the door so the dome light went on. There is a lot of splices in the wire due to cables melted together, could that cause this? I would like to test the tailights to make sure...

It seems when I drive that the brake lights and indicators work or dont work, then I guess I hit a bump and they stop working or start working. This has been a real PITA, I will try metering between the negative battery post and cable, then I will try doing the draw test with my test light. Thanks.

They were working fine, now the rear doesnt work. I dont the the amp guage ever worked.

Went away for two weeks and came back the battery was dead. before I went away everything worked fine, I came back replaced with brand new battery it starts and runs fine but the tailights do not work. Turn the key to on position without starting and the headlights and front indicators work...

Look like it was probably a stuck float, rebuilt carb and runs fine, actually much better. Thanks all...

I came back from vacation and battery was dead so I replaced. The truck started fine, ran for a few seconds, started leaking gas from somewhere in the carb then died. Any ideas on what this could be? I'm thinking I may need to rebuild the carb, anyone know any good posts for a holley 1945?

Looking for pickup truck seat belts with the shoulder harness for a 74 Dodge D100. The seatbelts in it currently are the originals that are only the lapband. Any ideas where to find these?

Float had a pin hole in it replaced with plastic wine cork, works fine. I hope it doesnt dissolve or fall off.

So finally pulled the sending unit from the tank and tested it. whlile manually moving the float up and down the guage works. I put the float in a bucket of water and it floats, when i reinstalled everything it is still showing empty. I presume the problem is i need a new float, my question...
