Maybe contact Marks Sullens E85 or Eric Niefert with Horsepower Innovations. Both good E85 guys. I hear good things about ATM also. You'll want a dedicated E85 carb. No need to mix with pump gas. That will just lower the ethanol content. Learn as much as you can about it. It's a great cheap race...
Throw a solid roller and some compression at it and the TrickFlows will get close enough to scratch 600 lol. That kind of build is not at all what most people want though.
