Anyone have a source they can recommend for carpet for my 61 Valiant?? I can find carpet for 62 and up Valiants but nothing for 60/61. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Ken

Still a work in progress but well on it’s way!

The top of the passenger door toward the frt fender hitting the door post the hindge is bolted to. Are there shims available or an adjustment I can do to bring the top hinge out from the body?

Thanks for that info. the car is out being painted and my first job is the PCV once I get it back. I’ll let you know what I find.

My 61 Valiant still has the original breather tube system on the valve cover. I’d like to change it over to a PCV system. The base of the carb. has a vacuum port but I want to be sure making the change won’t have an adverse effect on the engine. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Actually I ordered some pans from Classic Industries and they are very generic and really don’t fit well enough even when modified. Then pans at Andy’s Auto are described as generic also so I’m going to call them and see what they say. Thanks, appreciate the leads. Ken

Been tied up waiting on Floor Pans for my 61 Valiant 2 door. Need a complete set for front and rear. Seems 60 and 61’s are a bread of their own. Thanks Ken

Hi, just joined the group. I have a low mileage 61 Valiant that I'm going to restore. It's totally stock right now 170 6 cyl 3 speed stick with under 60,000 on it. Not sure whether to keep it totally stock or do some upgrades to the motor and interior. Definitely want to keep the body stock...
