I've since lowered the rear about 4" at the rear bumper by using a lowering bracket on the front leaf springs. No clearance issues.
I have Doug's Headers on my '65 Dart Charger. yes, they are a tight fit on the driver's side and I had to ding one tube to clear my mini starter. Very tight clearance between the starter and torsion bar.

I wonder why Chrysler placed the resonator notch in the rear valance of 273-4 Bbl Darts and Barracudas. The exhaust doesn't fit tightly into the notch. Maybe it was a miscalculation on the part of the designers and the exhaust extension was originally supposed to fit up into the notch?
The new bushings provided by Moog are offshore junk and don't even have arrows. There is enough adjustment in the upper control arm eccentrics for the alignment specialist to get the alignment where it needs to be. Go with what you have.
