It's a Mickey Thompson. I believe it is 26 tall by 15-in diameter on direct drill Cragars. I Don't have any issues steering it other than it's not power steering
Take it to the strip, weight and 1/4 mile mph will tell you how. The Mopar Bibles are accurate predictors for build, power to weight ratio etc. I also think you might have too much timing? Is it pinging?
That cam and 3.23 gears are a mismatch, either go to 3.91-4.10 or change to smaller cam for torque, and tighter converter. It all comes down to what the purpose of the car is.
My fenderwell headers are cut through the flange in 2 places in 1 header and 3 in the other, needless to say they don't all cooperate, REM flex was the fix

I see that you have a mismatch in machining. You're going to have to start from scratch in half either the heads cut which is probably the correct way or the intake. If you bolt up the head to one side of the head and you have different thicknesses from top to bottom on the opposite side then...
