    Pit man arm

    Can’t seem to get the new pitman arm to seat all the way up on the steering shaft. I aligned the bigger slots up and it seem to slide on about a 1/4 inch. Put the nut on but get to a point I can’t turn it anymore. Thinking of taking a pc of pipe that will fit over the shaft and see if I can...

    Sloppy steering

    1972 duster. Steering is very sloppy. Replaced both arms. The rest of the linkage seems to be ok. Would the problem be the steering gear?

    do I need anything special for the 360 motor. Do I need the sending units also.Where do each sending units install on the motor. Thanks

    Rag joint

    just picked up a 72 duster. Has a lot of play in steering. Does this year have a rag joint on the steering shaft. I do not see one on my car but seems there might be a place for it.

    The heads of the bolts are about 1/2 inch apart. Measuring from the floor to the wheel well.

    I got both sides within 1/2 inch and the car does not pull to the left as bad. Underdercarage very clean don’t see anything broke or rusted thru.Guess I will leave it at that.Will continue to look for anything broken or loose
