Not always. If you get "banned" from Ebay due to piss poor transactions, ebay will encript your ISP (internet service provider) & your feeder # They wont let you create a new account. At least you will have to get a different internet service. Most people dont go through the hassal......

dusterdon hit the nail dead-center. Get a bar of lava, lather it up like crazy, then take a scrub brush & scrub a madman! Lava is the bomb. It might take a while, but it works just as good as anything else. Lava is the original hand cleaner ya' know........

My dad was a cop for 30 years. The guy in the vid was out of order, plain & simple. Only thing I hope is the guy was wanted, or had a warrant out on him & the cop recognized him. For all we know the guy could be wanted for child molestation & the cop recognized him.
