I got mine from either Classic Industries or Inline Tube. The routing around the carb is likely different depending on if you have a Carter BBS, BBD or Holley.
The engine in my 65 dart didn’t have a ton of blow by but drank a quart of oil every couple hundred miles. The rings had almost not tension left and the cylinders were shot. Modern synthetic oil doesn’t burn blue smoke like the good ‘ole days.
My block has been at the machine shop since before Christmas. Honestly, if they have long blocks on the shelf ready to crate and ship with a warranty then I’d say go for it. If I started the project now I’d likely not see the block again until early summer.

Thanks. My calipers are already mounted rearward. I think it was a happy little accodent that I mounted them the “wrong” way.
I’ll give Firm Feel a call after Christmas and see what their lead time is like on sway bars.
Does anyone have any pictures and/or experience with the Firm Feel early A body front sway bar kit? I’m wondering how it compares to the Hellwig 55914 kit.
