    Plum Crazy interior

I'm doing a color change on my 70 Dart Custom and it's going to be Plum Crazy. Does the body color go inside on the top of the door panels and rear panels, or if the interior is going to be black just paint those parts black? I've seen a couple of pics on the web that has it done both ways. I...

Looking to get a welder for the house

I'm no expert but get by pretty well and I have been using the Eastwood 110v MIG with CO2/Ar mix for over 3 years with no problems. Feels a little cheap but performs well for the price. Also have their plasma cutter and after changing the flat tip out to a coned one, it's fine. I have used it...

What color primer under Plum Crazy

I guess that I should redefine "just" finished. I have already put the engine and wiring back in. It looks pretty good but just a little light compared to a couple of other examples that I have seen lately. I thought that someone may know what the factory had for primer under it. I did use...

What color primer under Plum Crazy

I used grey under the hood. I may have needed another coat but it looks pretty light to me. I thought about black to give it the deeper purple tone. I'm about to do the dash and interior so I will experiment.

What color primer under Plum Crazy

I just finished my engine bay with ss plum crazy from PPG. It looks a little light to me. What color primer should be used under the plum paint to get the proper finish shade?

    What would you give....

$100 around here for used ones that they won't fill anymore. I have made a couple smokers over the years from them.

Time to add some inexpensive HP

Pick up a stock 360 manifold for $50 or less and an Edelbrock 1406 for $300. If you want a little better intake find a Eddy Performer. Consider an electronic ignition if it doesn't have one.

Found a Source for 10” rear drums with 1-3/4” shoe

I got a set from O'reilly a couple of weeks ago. Not sure on the part number but it was their brand. Had to order from warehouse but only took two days. They said 49.99 but negotiated price to 34.99 each.
