I have a 65 Valiant and according to the paint code on the tag, it should be “LL” which they list as turquoise poly. See the attached pictures of the tag and the actual car. It has been painted a couple of times before I got it but, it was painted the same original colour. Turquoise, it isn’t...

I ended up getting my original rad recored. Expensive but it’s fixed now and it’s one less thing to worry about. Thanks everyone.

Was there ever an under hood insulation pad from the factory for a 65 Valiant slant six? There are a bunch of holes under the hood so it looks like something may have or could have been there. Thanks

I was looking at an aluminum rad on Amazon, made by GREF/ GPI Racing. Very low price. My question/concern is, has anyone purchased this rad and did it fit correctly? I’m concerned about the upper and lower hose connections and the transmission cooler lines not matching up like my original rad...
