Final update for this thread. Oil pan removed oil filter opened up. Some sort of goo was restricting oil flow in the oil filter. Opened up a new filter and it had the same goo in it. I mistakenly used a fram high mileage filter vs an extra guard filter. I have both in my garage and did not...
