I agree..but why pay the corporate epa and not the men and women of the area who "IF" were effected by the shop would be the the true victims ?

I use a peace of old iron pipe...lay that on pan where CLEARENCE is needed n hit it with a BFH.... not so dimpled...

Reason I reply'd is I have a 8-31-71 3614230-1 400 block and a 383 steel crank I want to use and NEED to add to my learning curve on doing this. I've been told to do this everything needs to be rebalanced and I'm wanting to use forged pistons "if available" with the 400 block.I'm planning on...

It was...the family I bought the shell from was all mopar "2 +6 intakes sitting on benches and other D.C stuff in garage" ...they also had a 70 440+6 70 R/T they had bought new, but I can't remember what trans ??? "oldest son still has it I think?" I actually tried to buy that one a few years...
