Yeah, I could more easily make a stamp die... and make them... just find some sheet rubber of correct thickness that would stretch over the Center Lock. 2 inch od, 3/4 id, .050 thick (maybe a little thicker) Way better then old brittle half century plus factory originals! Good idea cudamark !

My " Original" 65 B-cuda Gas Cap got a brittle seal and cracked... I put in a needle in it to show the Crack as you don't see it otherwise... so check yours closely!!! (If you use this type) My 2nd cap ( made by Stant I believe ) was much better with thicker/ softer gasket... My fall back cap...

My solution was to goto the 1967 Flip Top Gas Cap... It has a nice heavy spring on the cap, holding it "tight" onto a piece of Delrin I machined with a Rounded sealing surface ! And on the back side there is a large O ring around the factory fuel neck that seals to the Delrin adapter + 2 more...

These are real original tail light lenses screws I have removed from numerous 64/65 Valiant/Barracudas ... and my taillight !!! Does this answer your Question ? Or am I misunderstanding you, my OLD Friend ? ( because these do not even come close to your description! )
