Tips, hints or advice on buying a new die grinder to clean up and port match my heads/Manifolds, plus working on the exhaust manifold as well. 40 years ago I bought a giant electric die grinder and ported heads on the daily. Now it's been probably, at least 20 years? Since I did my last job...
It looks like you need an adapter to run the 38 on the two barrel intake- I got it from you Rusty IIRC? Soaking the weber now, it's froze up, got my redline rebuild kit, soon as it is rebuilt, putting it on the manifold.
See the car in my Avatar? That is what happens when you decide to go V8. It's never enough LOL. However, my four door 68 Dart is getting the treatment advised here as I type. Milled head, Oregon cams. Weber 2bl, exhaust manifold bored out to 2.5 inches and port matched along with intake. I have...

I think this will be the last outing for it before I change the rims from SBP to BBP and lift it about 5" more clearance LOL. Will take pics of the car show at our local Puna Kai shopping center. Usually pretty good turn out.
Thanks, looking through his site now. Year one has what I need, but shipping for a tiny piece of mail is 100 bucks, minimum, I don't think they will ship USPS flatrate.
