Jeff, if it was a deal across state lines that's federal. Most law enforcement agencies these days also have an Internet Fraud Division that will help. I had to enlist them when a member turned into a stalker and they jumped right on it.

It's a custom in-house formulation of two colors actually, with a clear topcoat.

That one was formulated for aluminum but they have a couple others that might work too. I don't do much on brass.

I'd use a clear ceramic instead of powder. Check out MC5100 for polished metals. Cerakote.com
