Wooo, 750cfm is way to much carb. 600cfm is plenty. Then play with your jets till you get 18 to 20 vacuum inches at idle. What is your vacuum at idle now?

Make sure the seal is seated all the way to the lip. Should have used a thin layer of silicone around it

Don't put the tire on. The axle needs to go in straight or you let it lean on the seal, it will damage the seal. And make sure you have the correct seal, cause auto parts places are listing the wrong ones.

There is no EGR valve on it, not California smog.
