I had to massage the inner fender also. My rod ended up rubbing the firewall when the clutch pedal is depressed fully. Still have to clearance it when I get back home.

Read the instructions a couple of times. The front has machined spacers. 2 are longer than the other 2. Short ones go in the back. Ask me how I know. Lol

Haven’t posted in a long while. Got some updates on the car. Got the front end completed and also got the rear suspension in. Car handles totally different now. Basically I love it. Hear are a few pics

Got the new regulator. Charging ant 14.3 at a height idle. 13.6 at the battery. I really appreciate the people on this sight. Thanks everyone. Now just reassemble the dash and get it on a trailer. New wheels and tires on Tuesday

Removed regulator and put back on. Ran a ground from battery. Still over charging.

Ok. Made a little progress. I bypassed the factory gauge by connecting the two wire straight together and running a charge wire from alternator to the big post on the starter relay. Start car. Still over charging. When reved up it jumps to about 19. Going to pick up voltage regulator tomar...

So the factory gauge is shot. Can I just unhook and tape it up. Or will that cause more problems
