The Milwaukee heated vests aren't cheap but they're good. The downfall is the giant battery. The Ororo vests are good too and the battery is nice and small. And try to stick with a heated vest, something that stays close to your body. I have 2 heated jackets but the vest is the go to for ice...

It's been a while since any updates, I hope you're getting everything in order before the frigid cold

I lost 30 lbs this year by cutting back on carbs and sugar, lifting weights and simply walking. No more sore joints and my sleep has greatly improved. Easy? Nope, but well worth it Edit: Also dropped the statin for cholesterol and dropped my dosage for blood pressure meds
