I think I’m at like 440k right now? Haven’t looked in a while. I paid a lot of loans off last year and will pay a lot off this year. But if looking at loans as a financial standpoint will paying 440k in loans off in 5 years benefit me me more in the long run rather than investing that 440k...

I need a car hauler… I should just go buy one. It’s not like I won’t use it all the time, lumber is starting to go back up in price around here… probably because it’s spring/summer and people are getting out using it more.

Yep! 30 minutes from my house. I offered him the 20k but told him I want one of his old trailers as well, he said he was getting rid of them. It’s an old 12x6 trailer or something like that, not a super expensive trailer. He hasn’t replied yet.

lol my garages don’t need anything and are currently functional… I just want one to be finished insulated and different trusses in it so I can have a lift in it.

This is where my conundrum lies. I don’t need the stuff, some of it I have no use for and would try to sell. Other stuff I could have use for at some point in time (BB and SB transmissions, 6 pack stuff maybe, 408 stroker kit.) He is just at the point right now where he wants to sell it in one...

I just don’t know enough about the stuff to know if I were just setting money on fire or not.

He said he would even deliver it lol. I definitely see what you’re saying though. I definitely do not need any side gigs… my wife has enough projects for me currently… What’s funny is I’d be really only wanting the motors, transmissions and stroker parts…maybe some of the 6 pack stuff is...
