There is a philips screw that pinches the pivot pin to provide resistance to the window so it stays where you adjust it. You can see it in the above picture of the assembled vent assembly. You may be able to loosen this screw and pull up on the vent window glass.

Are gas pump un-leaded fuel nozzles a smaller diameter than leaded nozzles? Maybe this is the problem since we all have to use un-leaded fuel nozzles on our cars.

Here's a picture of the molding on a 1965 Barracuda. I think the owner added it themselves. Does look good though. Matches the rocker panel trim.

A 1965 Formula S would have a tach on the left side of the dash. Also the rear valance would have a rectangular cut out for the Commando exhaust resonator tip. Front sway bar too. Spare tire cover would have a "C" cut into it to accomidate the larger Formula S spare tire. I have a 1965...

The V emblem was used on 1964 and 1965 Barracuda's, The fish emblem was used on 1966 Barracuda's as a general rule. I've heard there were some late production 1965's that had the fish emblem, though I haven't seen any myself. The only Canadian Barracuda I've seen had the word "Valiant" across...
