that looks like a generic kit. Some of those "pad" type are for earlier models. Get the correct ones from the dealer.

They are a special coarse thread. I doubt you will find a plug. I took my jets out and welded them closed.

AMD inner fenders are 15lbs. each. They are 21 gauge steel. The factory ones are probably thicker. I just drilled the spot welds out. You should leave the fender mounting flange intact if you can.

Aftermarket sensors are a real crap-shoot. Oem is the way to go. Oil wouldn't cause the issue.

DO you have a manual? The fill procedure is rather involved.
