be careful i went through this ,the tank for 68 ,69 does not fit the 70 dart the filler neck hole is to far foward and the angle of which the filler comes off the side of the tank is wrong. i ended up using the 71 dart tank and plugged the vent ,for the 70 has none

i have been through that you have to buy a tank for a 71 and it will have a vent tube on the top side you have to plug but it fits perfect

buy a suction gun ive been using these since the 70's for this

pull the breaker thats tripping look at the bus bar its attached to may be burning up quite common with those panels and also look at the breaker where it plugs onto bus bar

there is a valve in the faucet at the bottom of the faucet neck could be dirty may need to replace the faucet due to not being able to get a new valve if needed

looks wrong to me bleeder should be at the top thats probably the passenger side you have on the driver side

i believe they are 1/4-20 x 1/2 like 65 dartman said hardware store

hi putting closed chamber aluminum heads on a stock 70 340 with the factory positive deck pistons. i believe .018 out of the hole. what thickness head gasket should i run and its part number also it is 4.070 bore thanks ed
