man all this hating on the 318, thats pretty sad especially when some of us have 318s that will put your 340 and 360s to shame and some big blocks. My 318 stock stroke is turning 7.15 to 7.20s in the eighth mile I dont think thats anything to be ashamed of an I can say its a 318.

cool thanks, i just like the idea of a full interior car, plus the 10 point cage, I have 15x10 wheels now w/ 5 in backspace, and the rear is narrowed and moved back an inch. I ultimatly would like to fit a 29x12.5 or something in that neighborhood.

hey guys whats up, want to start mini tubbing my 74 dart sport this weekend and I have one major question will my rear seat fit properly without modifying it to fit.

yeah I figure I might have to get something like a coil over bracket and weld it to the rear and the fab up a brack to mount to the frame so the shock is straight up and down but I dont know how well the shock will function or wont it matter.

the shock hits the brace and wont bolt up because of that. was wondering if I could come up with a bracket off the frame, but then i dont know how well that will work with the shock mounted straight up and down.

this weekend got an 83/4 under my car its a 74 dodge dart sport. went with caltracs their mono leafs , moved the springs in and moved the rear back 3/4 so the tires are more centered. also welded a brace on the rear and thats where the problem comes in the shock wont bolt up. just wondering if...
