    I haven’t changed anything. I’m not in the position to do anything just yet. It’s so smooth as is and has no issues besides, so I’m not in a huge rush. Tremec just came out with the TKX which is a huge improvement over the TKO of which I’m not a fan.

    Any down sides of going Borgeson vs Firm Feel?

    If you are happy with OEM, you will be really happy with the Borgeson. I feel the Borgeson is much sharper on center and responds instantly. These characteristics make it feel like a modern car.

    I took my distributor apart and took a section out of the lower housing, welded it up and machined the weld. Then cut the shaft down, duplicated the bottom blade and drilled a new hole for pin.

    I just installed this system on my 410. What is your vacuum at idle? Any efi system likes a wider lobe. Mine is on a 112 and 236/243. Your 110 and long duration for a 340 is going to be difficult no matter what efi system you use. It should idle with 12 deg. I wouldn’t be concerned with 750...

    You still need “plunge” to take up the movement of the chassis. This is why the coupler was designed the way it was. Besides, you need to be able to tie up angle as well.
