Show me stock 1974 Dodge Dart (sport) gas tank vent routing

I think I get it now. I thought the other end needed to be routed into the frame under the car. But looking at the picture now, the hole that is drilled must already be into the frame and nothing more is needed on the bottom side

Show me stock 1974 Dodge Dart (sport) gas tank vent routing

Oh ok, I didn't know if I needed to stick the rubber in there further or not. My worry was stick exhaust. Although nothing can be worse than an open vent tube between 2 hot pipes lol.

Show me stock 1974 Dodge Dart (sport) gas tank vent routing

How is this setup working out for you? I just discovered my dart sport has nothing attached to the vent tube on the tank. I was thinking about doing your idea. Once you loop back under the car, do you run a rubber line into the frame?

    Scamp bumper?

I have the shock mount bumpers and the one I found does have the extra two holes. So a duster front bumper is also the same as long as it's the shock mount type? What about the rear duster bumper? I swear I read somewhere they were different, but again to me they do look the same. Thanks for...

    Scamp bumper?

Is a 74/75 scamp front bumper the same as what a dart sport uses? If not what other models used the same front bumper? I found one close by and it looks the same to me with the point but I can't find a for sure answer.

    Bumper bracket questions

Hello all, I have a 75 dart sport with shock bumpers. I have secured a 73 bumper and will be buying a new rear 70-72 bumper. From what I got gathered, I'd just need 70-72 brackets front and rear? I can't find anything 73/74 non shock specific. I know I'll need to fill in the rear for the...

    fusible link question

Ok I think it's figured out then. No hd wiring, no rear defrost. I do have fusible link on the alternator branch circuit and from the relay junction on the firewall just like your picture. So it looks like that portion is still stock for the most part. I have it exactly as your diagram right...

    fusible link question

Going by this diagram I don't see where there is a fusible link from battery to starter relay.

    fusible link question

Hey all, I'm redoing some hacked wiring on my 75 dart and was wondering if there is supposed to be a fusible link from battery + direct to the starter relay stud on the firewall. I see the wires from there have fusible links, like to the bulkhead connector. I just couldn't find a for sure...

    Hei conversion

Thanks for that info, that's actually my plan from digging around and seeing what a few others did. I wasn't sure on the resistor bypass as both wires showed power during crank. But I'll do an ignition relay for full power to the distributor and splice the two together to the relay. The DUI...

    Hei conversion

Hello all, new to Mopars but not new to cars. I've always had Chevrolets but bought this 1975 dart as a project. I got a DUI hei distributor and gm one wire alternator. And a petronix hei power relay kit. I thought it would be easy to convert over but I'm having a hard time locating any hot...
