The left (driver's) side is different between a 318 and a 340/360. There is an ear missing. The passenger side is the same on 273,318,340 and 360.

I would think that if you have the 73-up steel bumper reinforcements with the shock absorbers you could bolt/weld directly to the bumper brackets!
