Found a used set of drums locally. Thanks for everyone's help. I do now have 1 drum available for sale if anyone was having the same problem as me and needs 1. Its in good shape. 10 x 1 3/4.
I can appreciate the skepticism of "horrible".. but one drum was literally rotted. The wheel cylinder was leaking badly.. for how long I don't know. The brake fluid/ rust / midwest conditions rotted the drum. Parts of the braking surface was so rusted you could chip a hole in it. Trust me...

Centric Parts = 122.63044. I found them on Ebay and a few other spots online. Are they the same as the Wagner part number you found?
