Sorry for trying to be helpful. The pictures were for examples. Yes, you can measure with the tires on if you're talented in making a measuring caliper. No, they are not all marked outside by the valve stem

A 5.5" wide wheel is marked on the inside and will measure approximately 6.5" wide outside lip to outside lip

This is a 14 x 5.5 stock Formula S steel wheel. There is 12" of clearance inside the wheel. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure the big block engines had the short arm so this is probably a cobbled together rebuilt pump since it has the correct small block long arm. Thanks for your help.

What's the original Carter fuel pump number on a 1965 barracuda Formula S commando 273. March 1965 build if it makes a difference. I pulled a 3672S off of it and was wondering if it's the original. Thanks, Jimmy
