The only difference I have noticed is the clutch pedal neutral safety switch bracket mount doesn't have a nut welded on the frame from an automatic setup.
I used the k-member for the motor mounts and mounted a steering box from a Chevy van in the left front leg of the k-member.I wanted a draglink instead of the cross steer setup.
Some dodge vans and motor homes used an extension tube that used an oil cap like the 273 pvc cap, it fits into the hole in the valve cover for the oil cap
I bought a 64 valiant with the OD four speed that was setup with three levers, I drove it that way until the novelty wore off then put a regular shifter on. It was not good for quick shifting.
