@Oldmanmopar thank you for the info and very interesting videos. The first lifter I pulled out had no indication of wear so I hope the cam is fine. My next step is to check and see if it's getting oil and prior to that I will move the lifter back and forth to see if we have bore ware. Thanks again!

@Oldmanmopar are you suggesting to run all 50w or just a quart or two? @mopowers what is an easy way to verify a flat lobe without pulling the cam? Thanks again guys for all of the suggestions. Very much appreciated!

@RustyRatRod they are absolutely hydraulic lifters VERIFIED. All push rods are the same length. Remember this engine had 8k miles with no issue and approximately 2 hrs of run time on a run engine stand along with approximately another 100 miles of driving after install all with no issues until...

@Cruze418 you really have me thinking about that and I believe you are absolutely right. What I did was set the intake on the engine and also placed the cork front and rear gaskets on the block. That is how I got my gap measurement thinking that the front and rear cork gasket wasn't going to...
