    The RPM noise at Key on, for me came from the O2 sensor wires, when the o2 preheat was on.. The new software allows you to turn off the pre heat, and voila no rpm signal with key on engine off.

    Can't answer all your questions. I have the Fitech. Main power feed is to the Battery, with a fuse. No issues with power drain when motor is shut off for extended periods. I tried hooking that line up elsewhere at my main power junction box (car is entirely rewired) and found it did not...

    My "low flow" was set at 41.6, mid at about 89 and high at 97.9 I changed that today to set low at 40, and mid 58. I believe the " flow" percentage changes between those set points based on need or input from the ECU? Ken

    Mine is running at about 50% on 'Low Flow", I had it set that way before.. My return/vent line is only 3/8 inch and the manual pump is keeping my input low side pressure at about 4 PSI

    I have modified my FCC and so far no issues.. Fuel command center is much cooler, even without the heat wrap I used to use. Before if my motor got up to temp ( 195), the FCC would seem very close in temp to engine temp. Now there is marked difference in the Command center temperature (...

    If you search on the chevelle web site, there are some examples listed there.. I think you unhook the spring, unwind 1 turn and hook back up. I believe it is a bit challenging to do.. FITECH EFI throttle return - Chevelle Tech

    I have a light spring on it, but the spring on the unit itself is quite strong.

    Check the air/fuel ratio when you get on it. You may need to change your accel pump settings. Mine would backfire and sometimes die, until I put more fuel into the accel pump. ken
