I’m not sure. Someone will say otherwise. I’m not risking any damage, and who knows the car might have other issues with the transmission, I got the car really cheap knowing that some of it was cobbled together. Just gonna have to start chasing all of them down one piece at a time

Yeah you’re right, I’m gonna save for the whole kit and be done with the headache, just sucks because I’m running out of time

If anything, I will save for the lokar kit. I am sure This is just a universal kickdown and not a real lokar branded one, this one may be not even the correct application for this set up

Progress I had today. Still not liking the placement of throttle cable and kickdown. Haven’t driven it. I’ll have to order a new kickdown…. Way too short for my liking and no adjustability.

spread more spacer? Does it make a difference? Im just running the gasket that came with it right on the manifold

Got the carb just mocked up with the adapter but it’s still not spaced properly, will I need a new throttle cable or can i modify this one to work? I haven’t started it up yet

Okay. Thank you all for the help. I ordered the New Carb and the adapter and should be here tomorrow, I will post some pics of everything when I get it all installed. I haven’t tried to drive it much, just only on the trailer and off the trailer when I got it. And then once around the block...

Edelbrook 650 avs2 or jegs 650 will go to go on a 360?

The carb is definitely going to go, I’m looking at getting a Edelbrook or was looking at a jegs branded one, it just isn’t right, it doesn’t seem like it has no power; and the pedal is very loose and it has a lot of play, just getting some input on where to start

Have a 74 duster, 360 and 727 with a column shift, quadajet carb, what is correct linkage to be set up? I have no idea where to start and don’t flame me too bad here. Keep in mind we got this to learn on, any input is appreciated

Not being rotated out properly is my guess if it fails in a mild climate, and Ive seen where people peel off old stickers and put new stickers on..
